Puzzle #8: Themeless

Hi everyone! I took yesterday off because I was extremely busy staying at home and not spreading diseases. Plus, I've heard it's OK not to work on a federal holiday; I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me ;) Today, I'm coming at you with a 70-word themeless and, apparently, a picture of Cousin Itt.
